Philosophy:

To me, bodybuilding is more than just a sport: it is a way of life. A way of life that goes beyond the physical realm that one is simply accustomed to. The greatest of bodybuilders have much more mental toughness than your average person. Bodybuilding itself, in my opinion, should be a healthy approach to improving one's physique. This is why I have always believed and lived a natural lifestyle. Unlike most sports, bodybuilding is year-round. Every second of every day affects your body from the smallest microscopic cell to your entire being. As a bodybuilder, I feel as though I am an artist: each day in the gym I sculpt a physique unique to myself. It started with a vision in my mind and after every workout I see it start to unfold. I believe that the physical appearance of a person to a degree reflects the inner soul's value of health. The one thing given to us from birth is our body and it is not of this material world. It is our vehicle for which we experience life and to cherish it is the greatest compliment to nature herself.
